For Buyers, Savio 1.1 launches initially as a fully managed service whereby a dedicated Savio Customer Success Manager will handle talent search and selection for projects end to end on their behalf. Savio 1.2 will evolve to a self-service platform in Q2 2023, when this current managed service will become part of a suite of optional premium services.

With a Savio Buyer account, you can buy market research services from verified freelance expert Vendors on a project-by-project basis, as well as offer your services to other Buyers as a verified Savio Vendor.

All Savio users need an individual profile, distinct from their Buyer or Vendor profile. Each profile is a unique user that can create and manage projects as a Project Owner (buyer) or apply to sell market research services as Vendor.

Four Steps to Create a Savio Buyer Account:

  1. From the Savio for Buyers page click the Start Here button under the buyer type that most closely relates to your company or organisation
  2. In the Sign-Up Form, enter your and/or your company's details, ensuring mandatory fields marked with * are completed, or click the LinkedIn button to import your details 
  3. Check your inbox for an email containing a temporary autogenerated password and click Confirm Email to verify your email address
  4. Return to Savio to create your Individual Profile (Savio users who initially sign up as vendors and subsequently become buyers will already have an individual profile)
