The Skills tab of the Project / Edit page allows you to specify required skills for a project. Skills represent experience or expertise in certain types of market research, market research methodologies, or certain steps in the market research process. These indicate to experts what skills you are looking for to complete this project.

Note: When searching for experts for your project, Savio automatically filters experts based on the selected skills. You may manually clear or modify this filter, as desired.

To select the required skills for a project:

Note: If there are no specific skills required for your project, you may skip this tab. Choose Save & Continue to navigate to the next tab, or select the next applicable tab.

  1. Select the required skills for your project by selecting the checkbox to the left of the skill name. Some skill groups have related sub-skills. Click on the arrow to expand the skill group to show all of the related skills. Selecting the skill group automatically selects all of the related skills in that skill group.

    Note: You may search for specific skills using the search box. As you enter the skill name in the search box, the list of skills is filtered to show matching skills. Select the checkbox to the left of the skill name to select it as a required skill.

  2. Once you have selected all of the required skills, choose Save & Continue to save the required skills and navigate to the next tab. The Technologies tab of the Project / Edit page is displayed.

Note: Any changes made in a tab are not saved until you click Save & Continue. Be sure to click Save & Continue on each tab to save any changes made on that tab.
