The Expertise tab of the Project / Edit page allows you to specify areas of expertise required for the completion of a project. Areas of expertise may be specialized knowledge of working within certain demographic groups, industries, or world regions. These indicate to experts any specialized knowledge, contacts, or experience required to complete the work for the project.

Areas of expertise are listed in broad categories, with specific areas of experise listed under each category. Click on the category name to display the specific areas of expertise included under that category. Selecting a category selects all areas of expertise included in that category.

Note: When searching for experts for your project, Savio automatically filters experts based on the selected areas of expertise. You may manually clear or modify this filter, as desired.

To select the required areas of experise for a project:

Note: If there are no specific areas of expertise required for your project, you may skip this tab. Choose Save & Continue to navigate to the next tab, or select the next applicable tab.

  1. Select the checkbox to the left of the expertise name to select it as a required expertise.

    Note: You may search for specific areas of expertise using the search box. As you enter the expertise name in the search box, the list of areas of expertise is filtered to show matching areas of expertise.

  2. Once you have selected all of the required areas of expertise, choose Save & Continue to save the required areas of expertise and navigate to the next tab. The Certifications tab of the Project / Edit page is displayed.

Note: Any changes made in a tab are not saved until you click Save & Continue. Be sure to click Save & Continue on each tab to save any changes made on that tab.
