The Confidentiality tab of the Project / Edit page allows you to upload a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or other confidentiality agreement to your project. Before an expert is able to view any project details or project files, they must view and agree to the NDA by signing it electronically.

Note: If you do not require experts to sign an NDA for this project, you may skip this tab. Choose Save & Continue to navigate to the next tab, or select the next applicable tab.

You can also opt to use the Savio standard NDA, which is a basic commercial agreement that is satisfactory for a generic level of confidentiality. This can be previewed here.  

 

To add a non-disclosure agreement to your project:

  1. Click the + to add a file. Your browser’s file selection dialog appears.
  2. Browse to and select the non-disclosure agreement file (DOC or PDF file recommended).
  3. Click Save & Continue to save the settings and navigate to the next tab. The Documents tab of the Project / Edit page is displayed.

Note: Any changes made in a tab are not saved until you click Save & Continue. Be sure to click Save & Continue on each tab to save any changes made on that tab.
